Personal sessions

Personal sessions are unique in the methods applied and rich in experiences and perspectives they reveal. Each meeting is individually tailored to the personality and situation as there can be no one-size-fits-all approach.
Sessions are based on creating safe space for open and honest dialogue. The method combines coaching techniques, psychology, psychosomatic together with mind and body awareness. The art therapy practices and specific techniques selected over many years, which best help finding the right answers to specific queries are also available.
We look into Your body and mind in an integral manner (holistic approach) and find out Your innate resources for self-help, self-support and growth at present moment.

How does it work?

We start with the Virtual Coffee – a free on-line 30 minutes discovery session dedicated to get acquainted and find out about how my experience and methods can support You in solving Your queries and serve Your needs.
The sessions take place once per week.
The price depends on the location of the sessions (on-line or by appointment) and the duration of the session (from 45 to 90 minutes). 
Other long-term agreements are possible for both, individuals and companies
