Method
My method of working with people is based on the principles and procedures of the Alexander Technique, the Interactive Teaching Method approach to learning, and my knowledge of Psychology.
I work with people individually and in groups.
While working with me you may experience changes on more than one level at a time, and in more than one area.
1. For example, I can help you with:
- Efficiency, flexibility and freedom in your every day activities (sitting, walking, speaking, exercising, etc.), and your performance activities (giving presentations, playing an instrument, singing, dancing, acting, etc.).
- Solving vocal difficulties in public speaking.
- Becoming more comfortable and tension free while sitting at your desk.
- Any other issues related to problems that you may be causing for yourself.
(In case of physical health issues, you should check with your medical professional first.)
2. Our work together might also bring about changes in:
- Stress management. Expanding your ability to deal with stress and prevent burn-out.
- Self-esteem. Strengthening or regaining a healthy sense of your own self-worth and self-command.
- Resilience. The ability to stay reasonably calm, comfortable and able to make reasoned decisions in challenging situations while developing a tolerance for uncertainty.
- Flexibility of mind. Increasing ability to adapt more easily and creatively to fast changing circumstances.
- Self-responsibility. Regaining confidence and control in yourself as the primary designer of your life.
